Can I return an item?
We would be happy to help you return for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please go to this link to receive a Return Authorization Number. Include that number in your return.
All clearance purchases are final sale.Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, with the exception of defective or incorrect items. If you received a defective or incorrect item please email us at mollipop@befulfilled.net
Can I cancel my order?
We know there might be some hesitation after a purchase. Provided your order has not been shipped yet, we are happy to cancel it for you.
What happens when my order is returned as undeliverable?
There are times when a package is marked as undeliverable by the shipping method after the order leaves our warehouse. In these instances, the package will be returned back to us. When our team receives "Return To Sender" packages, our team will automatically refund that order for you.
Can I do a return at the warehouse?
You are welcome to do a quick drop-off at our warehouse Monday - Thursday between the hours of 10am and 4pm. Because we are an online company, our warehouse is not set up for trying on clothes. If you are returning an item, please include your packing slip with the item you are returning and drop it off at the front desk. Please note we are closed on major holidays.
